If you've never had real Taiwan style milk tea, you may be surprised by what we have to offer.

Whole leaf tea

Our drinks begin with robust infusion of high quality whole leaf tea. We never use fake flavors or powders. Real Taiwanese milk tea is much closer in spirit to English tea: a strong and sometimes sweet but always bracing beverage.

Our day begins every morning with the preparation of a whole leaf tea infusion. We use a tremendous amount of tea, carefully controlling the water temperature and steeping time to get the best extraction - the crumpled tea leaves unfurl to enormous size, producing a tea ''liquor' of great flavor and strength.

Our black tea is a proprietary blend of delicious, malty Indian estate tea with toasty, citrus and floral notes introduced by teas sourced from Asia for a classic ''Taiwanese' flavor profile. Our Jasmine tea is a Chinese green tea delicately scented with natural Jasmine blossoms. As a naturally caffeine free alternative, we also prepare rooibos. Not a tea but a tisane, rooibos is a popular herbal infusion originating in South Africa.

Natural dairy

The quality doesn''t stop with the brew. We protect the flavor of our tea by only using real dairy - no powdered non-dairy creamer or hydrogenated oil.

Our decision to use real dairy gives us another advantage: we can prepare any milk tea drink on the menu with soy. If you prefer soy, just ask.
